Raipur, 27 May 2021

 To empower the State Government’s campaign against COVID-19, Mr. Gautam Baghel, Engineer at a multinational company in Boston, US, has contributed Rs 5 lakhs for procurement of COVID-19 vaccine doses. The amount has been contributed to the Chief Minister Relief Fund. The cheque for this amount was handed over to Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel by Mr. Vishnu Baghel and Dr. Mrs. Meera Baghel, father and mother of Mr. Gautam Baghel. Chief Minister Mr. Baghel reached Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Memorial Medical College, Raipur today morning to get the second dose of COVID vaccine. After the vaccination was done, Mr. Baghel handed over this cheque to Chief Minister. It is known that Dr. Smt. Meera Baghel is the Chief Medical and Health Officer of Raipur District.

Chief Minister Mr. Baghel has appreciated Mr. Gautam Baghel for his support and contribution in this time of Corona crisis and wished him a bright future. On this occasion, Parliamentary Secretary Mr. Vikas Upadhyay, Chairman of Chhattisgarh Housing Board, Mr. Kuldeep Juneja, Collector Raipur Mr. S. Bharatidasan, and Senior Superintendent of Police Mr. Ajay Yadav were also present.
